Microsoft Outlook

  Microsoft Outlook has a really neat program for Businesses.

You can look at the Conference Rooms and see if it's available.  You can set it up that the Conference room has Microsoft email.  Then send emails to the Dept heads and workers on Date and time for Interviews including phone Interviews.

Also, you can create in each Dept a special online Microsoft File Folder.   That only is visible per Dept.

The command that I like the best is also found in the personal Microsoft Outlook is telling Outlook that when XYZ email comes to inbox immediately put it into a special file folder.
